Mayes & Co Ltd are an independent land and property company based in East Anglia specialising in residential (and sometimes mixed use) land and development. We advise and sell residential development land on behalf of landowners, including farmers, business owners and individuals through East Anglia. We can (often with third party specialists) "promote" or project manage land for new residential development in the same geographical area. This usually involves working with landowners who may have land suitable for new housebuilding/development on a Joint Venture basis to maximise the value of the land for the benefit of the landowner and the promoter jointly. We have an extensive range of local industry contacts including house builders, land promoters, estate agents and property professionals within our network at a senior level. We are always interested to hear from landowners who have land which may benefit from expertise and skills to achieve attractive financial returns in relation to their land assets.
