McClelland, Sr., MCE has grown to become one of the largest civil engineering firms in the region with offices in Little Rock, Fayetteville, Rogers and Fort Smith. MCE also provides geotechnical engineering, landscape architecture, environmental laboratory analysis, construction observation, construction materials testing, and land surveying.
