MD Property is a specialist property services company based in the Dublin. We are the market leaders in the Private Rental Sector (PRS) and specialise in running Multi-family Investments in Ireland. MD Property also has extensive experience managing large commercial spaces for local and multinational companies. Established by Mark Dunleavy in 2004, MD Property has expanded rapidly. We have extensive experience in leasing and managing residential and commercial properties throughout the capital. We currently manage over 65 buildings containing 4,500 units. All our team, from leasing and management to finance and legal, have extensive experience in their respective fields.
