CONSULTING | MENTORING | EVENTS CONSULTING We work closely with business areas to design effective solutions for driving long term sustainable change to the working environment. We aim to develop a workplace which improves the retention and development of minority talent, and accelerate their path to leadership. MENTORING We have established a mentoring programme for women who are seeking support to accelerate their careers. We have a large network of men and women city professionals across a number of fields who are supporting the scheme. EVENTS At MEA, we are truly passionate about the cause and genuinely strive for change in the industry. We raise awareness through hosting and speaking at events, the public domain and partnering with other organisations. THE STORY MEA was created by ambitious female Investment Bankers who identified a genuine need for corporate behavioural change, if companies are to successfully retain and grow strong female talent. Having been exposed to arguably some of the most challenging working environments, MEA are driven by business performance, and have a deep understanding and perspective of how to tackle the gender imbalance problem. We are also qualified consultants which makes us exceptionally skilled to achieve a long lasting impact for their clients.
