MeitY has established Centres of Excellence (COEs) in the areas of Internet of Things (IoT) and AI on a Public-Private Partnership model. The CoEs, supported by the Government & Industry is a nationwide program to identify innovators and nurture those innovations. As a part of this, we collaborate with various industries for large scale adoption of newer technologies, some of the industry verticals under focus are: Manufacturing for Industry 4.0 solutions, Automotive, Healthcare, Agriculture, Energy, and other industry verticals. COEs are the Largest Innovation platforms for enterprises, government and innovators(Start-ups and SMEs) in emerging technologies like AI, ML, IoT, Big Data, Analytics, AR/VR and Robotics for Digital Transformation. CoEs facilitate as a collaborative sandbox for experimentation, innovation and problem-solving. CoEs acts as a Platform for the best minds from industry, academia, start-ups and Government to drive a culture of co-creation & research to find solutions for complex business problems and to highlight India’s innovation quotient and workforce development.
