MELIMNOS

We produce honey of exceptional quality and nutritional value in the unique, Mediterranean microclimates of Lemnos and Halkidiki in Greece. We collect our honey in the most natural and traditional way, jar by jar. In this way we maintain the unique characteristics of every local variety, such as color, aroma and taste, which are all influenced by the local microclimate. We take special care at all stages of this process, always respecting the environment and especially the most important insect on Earth, the bee.
