Metropolitan House offers tenants office space in an excellent location next to Ikea, just off Junction 72 of the A1M. The Business Centre provides bespoke, modern offices with sleek finishes for all business sizes. Being situated away from the noise of the city, whilst conveniently being close to the Metrocentre – for all of those who need their retail/social fix. We have a stylish meeting room as well as providing communal areas throughout; Bathroom and kitchen facilities are on each floor ideal for those wishing to make plenty of cups of coffee! As well as professional office space, we provide a very large car park, exclusively for the Business Centre usage (over 100 free parking spaces), this enables you, your staff and visitors to use around the clock – without a parking meter being constantly fed. The centre offers 24/7 access, 365 days a year, to Metropolitan House, you are able to come in and out of your office whenever best suits you and your business needs through our secure entry fob system. We also provide cleaning 5 days per week to all communal areas (and your office – should you require it). Shauna, our Centre Manager looks after the building on a daily basis, with manned reception cover provided by Ellen 9-5, Monday to Friday. We pride ourselves on running the centre correctly with up to date Health and Safety testing, including Fire Drills and 24/7 CCTV security (all conducted by Chubb). For those who require high speed connectivity – we offer 200Mb high speed broadband internet. Finally – all of our services are billed monthly, offering you the user easy in/out terms.
