MPS has resulted in tremendous advances in fastener design & manufacturing techniques. Today, whether it is a space-age application or a simple fastening job We are an ISO/TS 16949: 2000 certified company that has the capacity to produce over 3000 MT and offer around 5000 different kinds of precision engineered fasteners ranging from 4mm to 40mm in diameter and length up to 400 mm long in various grades (4.6, 5.6, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, and 14.9). MPS fasteners are manufactured to the most uncompromising quality standards in one of the most modernized plants with latest cold and hot forging technologies along with in-house facilities for designing tools. MPS is capable to provide surface treatment such as oxidizing, zinc phosphating, electrogalvanising with white, yellow, black and green passivations along with removal of hydrogen embrittlement in its own premises. It also has Heat Treatment Furnaces besides sophisticated physical, mechanical and chemical testing laboratory. We manufacture products as per international quality standards such as IS, ISO, DIN, BS, ANSI, JIS and so on.
