Midfield Group Ltd

Midfield Group Ltd is an AI consultancy and implementation partner based in London, dedicated to empowering businesses to harness the transformative potential of artificial intelligence. We guide organizations from initial AI curiosity to building and deploying custom AI solutions, offering a structured three-stage approach: Explore, Plan, and Own. With 28 years of experience in tech, from building and selling systems to leading C-suite teams, Jonathan Roberts founded Midfield Group to address the challenges of AI adoption. We specialize in helping companies integrate AI effectively, focusing on practical application and strategic alignment. Our approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the AI talent market, enabling us to source exceptional technical talent and build high-performing AI teams. Midfield Group’s journey began with a personal AI transformation, evolving into a consultancy and then a specialized recruitment firm, Talent Lab.ai, focused on connecting companies with the right AI professionals. We prioritize fit and skills over keyword matching, ensuring that hires align with the company’s long-term goals.
