Mindz Matter Inc is a non-profit organization based in Savannah, Georgia, dedicated to providing mental health education and resources to underserved youth athletes and sports organizations across Florida, Georgia, and Kansas.

We recognize a critical health disparity affecting young athletes and their communities, where limited access to mental healthcare can hinder performance and overall well-being. Our mission is to equip athletes, parents, and coaches with the tools and knowledge they need to foster optimal mental and physical health, creating CHAMPIONS both on and off the field.

Mindz Matter utilizes an integrative approach, incorporating evidence-based therapies such as attachment-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, alongside culturally sensitive practices and a strong focus on strengths. We also offer supervision services for licensed social workers. We are committed to supporting the total athlete and fostering a culture of mental wellness within sports communities.

Our services include individual and group therapy, social work supervision, ADHD evaluations, and psycho-education, all delivered through convenient online platforms. We strive to make a lasting impact on the lives of young athletes and the communities they represent.
