We are the milk - as central association of the German dairy industry we stand for around 80 high-performance private, cooperative and multinational dairy companies which process around 95 percent of Germany's milk de-liveries. With annual sales of around 35.7 billion euros, the dairy industry is the largest sector of the German food industry. --- We have many functions: We are representatives, consultants, intermediari-es, stakeholders and service providers. We represent the interests of our members to decision-makers in politics, administration, business, trade, science and research as well as the media and the public at national and in-ternational level. At the same time, we bundle all information on the topic of dairy farming, carry out intensive public relations work, conduct an open dialogue and stand for a differentiated presentation of complex issues.
