Modecor since 1960 we create and produce cake decorations. • 170 employees. • 100 raw materials worked, for a total amount of about 700 tons per year. • Production lines: chocolate decorations, sugar paste, icing decorations, jelly, digital ad serigraphic print on wafer and sugar paste, food grade printers and cartridges. • Yearly production capacity: 700 tons of sugar paste, 35 millios jelly tubes, 2 millions printed sugar paste and wafers sheets. • 2.000 products on catalog, more than 450 new products introduced each year • 70 Countries served in the world with a client’s ‘portfolio over 8.000 units. • Certifications: IFS, BRC, since December 2016, Modecor has been Halal certified for more than 499 products belonging to different product categories.
