Morales Consulting Engineers'​ specialize in providing individualized professional services in civil and structural engineering design for transportation and waterfront infrastructure projects. Morales Consulting Engineers work with both private and public clients, and including all branches of the public sector including municipal, state and federal agencies. Morales Consulting Engineers is a certified MBE with the State of Florida and we have submitted our credentials for Pre-Qualification with FDOT Our experienced staff has provided services to the Florida Department of Transportation, the US Army Corps of Engineers, The Florida Department of Environmental Protection, The Jacksonville Port Authority, the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind – and many, many more. Our staff is currently leading the Project Management and Structural Design efforts for part of the All Aboard Florida intercity train project. In addition, our staff provided the Florida Department of Transportation with professional services for Districtwide miscellaneous structural inspection, design and repair contracts in several districts – including Districts 2, 4, 5 & 6.
