I established Morecambe Bay Wills and Estates Limited in 2019 with the aim of ensuring that everyone has the right documents in place to give peace of mind and protection for family and assets. As a fully trained, fully insured, Member of the Society of Will Writers I offer a personal at home service for convenience and discretion, at a price that is affordable. Discounts are available for those on low incomes and for those facing a diagnosis of cancer or dementia (both close to my heart). Services include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning, Inheritance Tax Planning, Executor Assistance and Secure Document Storage. 5% of all our fees are donated to Cancer Care North Lancashire and South Cumbria to assist them in their ongoing work looking after local patients and their families and we support many other community causes too!
