MY Wellness Center is a holistic healing space in Nebraska offering Energy Spa sessions powered by the Energy Enhancement System™, light-based therapies, and wellness events. With locations in Lincoln and Kearney, we help clients relax, recharge, and support their physical and emotional well-being — naturally.

At the center of the experience is the Energy Enhancement System™ (EESystem™) — a breakthrough technology that uses light and scalar energy to create a calming, high-frequency environment. It’s designed to support your body on a cellular level, helping with things like pain, fatigue, sleep, and overall energy.

MY Wellness Center was founded by sisters Sara and Megan, who sought healing options after family members faced serious health challenges. They created a space rooted in care, connection, and the belief that we all deserve to feel our best.

Our mission is to support the body’s natural ability to heal by offering a peaceful, restorative space where modern technology meets timeless healing practices. Through light therapy, wellness products and services, and compassionate care, we help individuals reconnect with themselves, reduce stress, relieve pain, and discover their own path to lasting well-being.
