Mykonos Vioma Organic Farm

A testimony of genuine Mykonos at the historic vineyard of Maou in Ano Mera, where guests can enjoy a wine tasting experience while enjoying the view of the grapevines and accompany their wines with local products, which will introduce them to the culinary heritage of the islands. Free tours of the vineyard are also offered, providing an insight into Mykonos' traditions, wine making and farm life. Mykonos Vioma was established in 1994 as the result of Nikos Asimomytis’ dream to engage with Mykonos' productive tradition. The abandoned historic vineyard of Maou was rejuvenated by planting traditional Aegean-sea varieties: Asyrtiko, Athiri, Monemvasia, Malagouzia, Agiannitis and Mandilaria. The cultivation is organic and bio-dynamic.
