In traditional preservation, very harmful chemicals and their synthetic derivatives are used for protection; however, their usage is limited because of their negative effects to the human. Amounts allowed for usage are not sufficient for the long-term protection. These chemicals and harmful microorganism toxins are the main problems for the export of agricultural products because of their harmful effects to human and nature.
