Nate’s Place – A Wellness & Recovery Center is a California-based nonprofit dedicated to providing comprehensive support and recovery programs for at-risk teens and young adults (ages 13-25) struggling with substance abuse and/or mental health challenges. Located in Oxnard, we offer a safe, supportive clubhouse environment focused on prevention, early intervention, and aftercare services. Our holistic approach combines targeted programs, healthy replacement activities, and peer support recovery coaching, alongside education and support for families.
