National Radio Talent System is a leading provider of broadcast talent development programs, connecting college students with industry professionals and fostering the next generation of broadcasters across the United States. Based in Dallas, Texas, we operate a network of Radio Talent Institutes on campuses nationwide, offering intensive summer programs focused on skills development in areas such as on-air broadcasting, podcasting, sales, marketing, and social media. Our mission is to bridge the gap between academia and the broadcast industry, providing students with hands-on experience, valuable networking opportunities, and a pathway to successful careers. With a strong partnership with the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB), we’re dedicated to cultivating a diverse and skilled workforce for the future of radio and media. We currently host institutes at universities including the University of Georgia, Appalachian State University, and others, offering a unique and immersive learning experience.
