Nebraska Sports Council

Nebraska Sports Council is a Lincoln, Nebraska-based nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting healthy and active lifestyles through quality competition and events. We provide opportunities for amateur athletes of all ages and abilities to showcase their talents and create lasting memories. Founded in 1985, the NSC operates without government support, relying on the generous support of corporate sponsors and individual donors.

Our flagship events, including the Cornhusker State Games, Omaha Corporate Games, and Lincoln Corporate Games, bring together thousands of participants each year. We also host specialized tournaments like Nebraska DiamondFest for fast-pitch softball and the Nebraska Showdown for volleyball, fostering a vibrant sporting community across the state.

The Nebraska Sports Council’s commitment to community engagement and athletic development has made us a trusted leader in Nebraska’s sports and wellness landscape, impacting over half a million people since our inception. We are proud to support and celebrate the passion and dedication of athletes and volunteers alike.
