Nederland is family-owned company company specialized in the manufacturing of quality cocoa derivatives (Cocoa Liquor, Butter and Powders). Founded in Barcelona and established in 1935, we are proud to be one of the very few and totally independent manufacturers of Cocoa derivatives left in the ever-polarized cocoa manufacturing world. Being market-leader in our home market (Spain), Nederland has been exporting all over the world for more than 50 years. Our clients are from small to medium sized companies to large multinational organizations within the food industry. Our products are used in a wide variety of applications such as chocolate, dairy, ice creams, industrial bakery and pharmaceutical industries; for the manufacturing of snacks, bonbons, tablets, ice-creams, biscuits, cosmetics, etc. The experience accumulated over three generations, mixed with modern and constantly updated installations as well as close cooperation with renowned External Centers of Investigation has given us the know-how which allows us to innovate, develop and manufacture highly competitive cocoa products.
