We take advantage of pockets of relative value by originating assets with strong fundamental value and then designing the optimal capital structure to enhance each investment's risk return profile. The investments we create are cash flow based and uncorrelated to traded markets. We focus on opportunities where there is a quality assets or business and a liquidity or capital constrained seller. We originate, structure and invest in interesting and profitable opportunities that offer debt risk characteristics and equity-like returns.
