Neighborhood Properties

Neighborhood Properties is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness and saving lives in Northwest Ohio. Based in Toledo, Ohio, we provide permanent supportive housing and comprehensive services to individuals experiencing homelessness, particularly those with serious mental illness and/or addiction disorders.

Our core mission is to offer a pathway to independence and stability through safe, affordable housing and personalized support. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to rebuild their lives and contribute to their community.

Since 1988, Neighborhood Properties has been a vital resource for vulnerable populations, operating 540 apartments across 60 locations. We are proud to be a pioneer in the field of permanent supportive housing, having developed innovative programs and training initiatives that have been adopted nationally. Our Wellness & Recovery Center, opened in 2018, represents a significant step forward in providing holistic care and support.
