Specialising in domestic extensions, renovations, conversions and new builds. Our projects range in value from £30,000 to £1,200,000. Nest Estimating was formed with the goal of building awareness and providing a clear understanding of build costs to enable our clients to make informed decisions as how to proceed. - We work with architects who can offer our services as part of their package to help build trust with their clients. - Builders use our services to save time as this is something they don't have much of and being able to have an estimating service they can trust to turn their estimates round in good time with figures they can trust is key enabling them to focus on managing their existing workload. - Homeowners want to know what they should be paying for their project, we often get approached because they've received quotes all of which are vastly different and they need reassurance that they are choosing the right contractor at the right price.
