We are a member of the Bulgarian Association of Consultants in European Programs (BAKEP) and the European Association of Innovation Consultants (EAIC). When we onboard a customer, we become their business developers and a growth factor. We'd be hunting for relevant grant calls and tender contract notices, not only in Bulgaria, but also in direct centralized and cascade funding programmes. We help conceptualize (identify the innovations), prepare and submit excellent project proposals. We then help execute and administer those awarded. We help with numerous other tasks - financial planning, IP strategy, market research, business intelligence, locating partners, growing the network, preparing tenders and RFPs in response to calls for proposals, stakeholder analysis, disseminating and communication strategies, conducting operational analyses, collecting business requirements, turning them into technical ones, collecting data, managing IT projects etc. We work for both local and international companies and are also helping major consultancy industry peers when they need professional support in proposal writing or project management. NewI is a reputable impact builder and is especially valuable for innovative tech startups (agrotech, cleantech, deeptech etc) who need seed funding; SMEs and MidCaps from the knowledge-intensive industries (ICT, media, information services) and manufacturing companies - who need R&D support or equipment. We are also successful in consulting regional and national authorities, organizations from the culture industries. And, we are not that good with NGOs.
