Overview

We are an award winning, independent, and specialist finance broker, based on the South Coast. We help clients across the UK with bespoke property based finance. Our mission is to be an integral part of your team, and provide you with strategic advice and guidance to ensure your money works for you and your property project, portfolio, or investment is set apart from the rest. We are a boutique firm, which means that we are a small business offering specialised, personalised (and niche!) financial services - the business is solely run by it's two co-founders, meaning that our connections with the local community, our reputation, and, most importantly, our clients, really do mean everything to us. We are truly independent and thrive upon finding creative solutions for our clients. To do this, we have elected to be a whole of market broker which means we are not limited only to a panel of lenders, and we have instead carefully curated meaningful relationships with the most competitive lenders for property based finance including: bridging finance, refurbishment finance, development finance and buy to lets (including HMOs). This way our clients will always get the best solutions for their project.
