NoMan® – Remote Inspection

EM&I and a Key Partner have developed ExPert — a comprehensive and cost effective solution to assist Operators to manage their HAE Integrity safely and efficiently. ExPert is based on two inspection methods, a non intrusive method for detailed inspections without having to isolate systems or dismantle and reassemble components and a method for visual inspections using robotic cameras to minimise working at height. ExPert service package includes: Development of an accurate digital asset register. A proven, compliant and accepted risk assessment process to define and prioritise integrity assurance actions. Innovative inspection methods with competent specialist Inspectors. Provision of a database for managing HAE integrity that interfaces with Operators’ Maintenance Management Systems.
