Nordsense is on a mission to redefine the waste management industry with smart sensors and data. We believe a data-driven approach is the key to kickstarting a smart waste management revolution and making waste collection greener, cleaner, and smarter. With almost 90% of the world’s waste collected at the wrong time, Nordsense was born out of a desire to address the inefficiency and lack of sustainability in traditional waste management. The Silicon Valley funded start-up was established in 2015 in Denmark and offers a complete end-to-end waste optimization solution based on IoT sensor technology for cities, municipalities, waste operators, collectors, haulers, facility management, and campuses in Europe, Israel, and North America.
