Northwest Real Estate Capital & Tamarack Property Management is a Boise, Idaho-based nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and preserving affordable housing, fostering ‘Housing with Pride, Life with Dignity’ for residents. As a 501(c)(3) corporation, we specialize in the property management, development, and rehabilitation of HUD/Section 8, Rural Development, and Tax Credit Housing across eight states – Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Utah. With a history dating back to 1999, we manage a diverse portfolio of properties and operate through Tamarack Property Management Company, our wholly owned subsidiary in Billings, Montana. Our commitment extends beyond property management to include resident services, third-party management, and development initiatives, ensuring a comprehensive approach to affordable housing solutions.
