Why NTSI? With nearly fifty years of experience in educating safe drivers and advocating for traffic safety, NTSI has more expertise in training fleet drivers than any other organization. We have two goals: Making our roads and communities safer and ensuring a strong ROI for companies that choose to invest in our training. We don’t just provide information for trainees to passively consume. Instead, NTSI courses combine a behavior modification strategy with relevant, engaging instruction that includes scenario analyses, group discussions and thought-provoking activities. Our teaching model empowers drivers to change attitudes and behaviors instead of just memorizing the rules of the road. Only NTSI has the knowledge, resources, and experience needed to create and adapt content specific to our customer needs. Finally, NTSI’s commitment to partner driver safety does not end when classes finish. We encourage our safety partners to use the NTSI name and logo in their marketing and recruitment materials to show customers and potential hires that the company is an NTSI safety partner.
