Nuecred Financial, LLC is a family office dedicated to helping more people create wealth equality by accessing low-cost credit. Owning a home is a pivotal step toward achieving greater economic stability. We help First-time Homebuyers repair their credit and improve their credit scores so that they can obtain mortgages at lower interest rates without "buying down" points. This allows the homebuyer to use that money toward their down payment or closing costs. This lower interest rate also saves money overall on the life of the loan. Additionally, we educate our clients on the mortgage process, and when they are ready, we collaborate with our partners at Rocket Mortgage to get them approved for funding. This is how we are reinventing homeownership. Our mission is to reinvent the American Dream by making excellent credit and as a result, homeownership a reality for ordinary Americans!
