Originally founded in 2003 by Kate Mooney, Occa has a reputation for combining design excellence with commercial and operational expertise. With a portfolio that includes many projects for the world's best known global hotel groups including IHG, Hilton, Marriott & Wyndham, we deliver their brand standards along with striking new design concepts for their portfolios of hotels and global hospitality brands. We work passionately across pioneering limited-service concepts through to five-star luxury properties, developing successful, longstanding relationships with our clients and the wider design team of Architects, Engineers, M&E Consultants, and Contractors. We deliver individual, bespoke designs, embracing client’s goals for the site by responding to location & architecture to create a strong sense of place & provenance in our projects. Bringing this expertise and established supply chain to our independent clients, we also work closely with smaller hoteliers, private residential clients, commercial clients & property developers to deliver outstanding design solutions and exceptional performance for their properties & organizations across boutique hotel, residential and workplace projects.
