OTI is Latin America's preferred inspection, verification, testing, and certification company. We have a vast network operating in the main ports of Latin-America providing inspection, sampling and analysis services during loading, discharge, and STS.  With presence in over 17 countries, we operate a network of over 20 offices and laboratories around Latin America. Our technical staff averages 20 years of in-depth experience with more than 100 oil inspectors certified by IFIA.  We carry out all operations in strict accordance with the national, international or foreign standards such as the  American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), the  American Petroleum Institute (API), and others.
