Onward Therapy & Wellness, PLLC

Onward Therapy & Wellness offers neuroscience-informed outpatient therapy and wellness services. We support whole person healing, including treatment for complex trauma and related issues such as substance use disorders through an integrative approach. We provide group therapy, individual therapy, yoga and mindfulness offerings, family therapy, and educational workshops, as well as consultation and clinical supervision for clinicians. We believe that each person has the capacity to heal, and our services are designed to facilitate and empower each person in their healing process. Through a holistic, integrative approach, we offer a wide range of therapeutic services to address whole person wellness.
