Ormeau Clinical Trials Limited is a Clinical Research Investigative site in Belfast city centre, UK. We are a team of Healthcare Professionals and Administration staff, implementing clinical trial protocols in adherence to GCP guidelines, since 2005. Initially practising as a “Partnership” business (Ormeau Health Centre Research Department), we incorporated in 2016 to become Ormeau Clinical Trials Limited. We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality data for our customers. At Ormeau Clinical Trials we are proud to be involved in developing the medicines people need, along with maintaining and supporting the Clinical Trial Industry in Northern Ireland. Our team includes a Principal Investigator, a Sub Investigator, Clinical Research Nurses, A Clinical Trials Technician, Healthcare Assistants and an Administration Manager. For 12 years we have been conducting industry sponsored clinical trials working closely with sponsors such as Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Reckitt and Benckiser, GSK, Lundbeck Amgen, shionogi and Bayer. We have also worked successfully with many Clinical Research Organisations such as INC, Inventiv, Parexel, Docs and O4 with largely positive feedback. In 2015 we received a Clinical Research Site Award from INC research. This was a huge achievement for us coming from a global CRO with a presence in every continent. We were privileged to receive one of only 100 awards given out globally. The following extract was from our nomination letter for the award by our assigned CRO: “They are the most involved and efficient study team that I have ever worked with during my time as a CRA; They have been a delight to work and collaborate with, they always keep the CRA informed and all records are kept up to date and accurate at all times, in required timelines." “The PI is highly engaged in the running of the study and personally sees all of his patients at each study visit." At OCT we are very keen to complete feasibilities for potential Trials.
