Oryzon Genomics, S.A. is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company and the European leader in the development of epigenetics-based therapeutics, with a strong focus on personalized medicine approaches to CNS disorders and oncology. Oryzon has a broad and growing portfolio, with two compounds in clinical trials: iadademstat, a highly potent and selective LSD1 inhibitor, in Phase IIa clinical trials for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia and small cell lung cancer, and vafidemstat, a CNS optimized LSD1 inhibitor in multiple Phase II trials for the treatment of CNS and psychiatric diseases. Phase IIb trials for both compounds are under preparation.
