So we built Ourglass with a simple idea: connect people directly to authentic wines through the eyes of experts who care. OUR APPROACH We find winemakers doing good work – work that expresses variety, reflects terroirs and honours culture. We sample, taste, and research every bottle painstakingly. Then we hand pick wines to match and expand your palate, deliver the story behind it, and suggest pairings that turn the everyday into something memorable. That's it. No mysteries, no marketingspeak.
