Out of Context

The goal of Out of context is the promotion of new ways of structuring work, creating the right conditions for individuals and teams to adjust to the Future of Work. WE BELIEVE THAT THE INTEGRATION OF REMOTE WORK AS A FLEXIBILITY TOOL PROMOTES WELL BEING IN PEOPLE’S LIVES. We support our clients to temporarily relocate to Portugal, maintaining their job, without costs of productivity. This can be experienced both as a team or as an individual (with or without family). Our service is tailor made to each client, organizing accommodation, workspace, and a support network to their personal and professional work. At the same time, we develop actions to teams, so that they can integrate remote workers, with a combination of training and consultancy.
