We’re Outside IR35 Roles and as you have probably guessed we are a website exclusively for outside IR35 Contracts. Coming from a contractor accounting background of 8 years, and seeing how tough it has been for contractors in the last few years with IR35 legislation changes along with the lack of support during the pandemic made we wanted to do something that would make contractors lives easier. Our mission is to have a positive impact in as many ways possible. We want to have positive impact on the market by showing end hirers/agencies that it is not all as doom and gloom as some may think and there are still plenty of outside IR35 contracts out there and show them if they take the correct determinations they could stop blanket bans and follow suite with the organisations that have done this correctly. And as we grow as a business we want to encourage flexible working and diversity within our business and help the likes of stay at home mothers/fathers, carers etc. that have commitments and therefore find it hard to find jobs. We want to provide the best service we can to our customers posting ads and the contractors using our site, so any feedback is greatly appreciated and will be taken onboard and considered within our future roadmap.
