In the field of anodizing, Oxidal Bagno is well-known for the flexibility of its services (from small to large orders) and the wide range of colors and finishes offered. But that's not all. Just take a look at the numbers to understand the potential and production capacity of one of the largest plants in the industry: - 1,000 tons per month of anodized aluminum - 140,000 amps installed - 2 different plants for oxidation of profiles up to 7.5 and 10.5 meters Oxidal Bagno has a complete fleet of machines for aluminum surface finishing (mechanical satin finishers, bench polisher and electrochemical brightening plant) and 2 different plants for anodizing. Plant for profiles up to 10.5 meters: - 1 plant for brightening (max. length 6.5 meters). - 3 oxidation tanks for a total of 80,000 amps installed. - 1 traditional tank for electrocoloring. - 1 tank for gold coloring through immersion in inorganic dyes. - 1 tank for blue coloring through immersion in organic dyes. Plant for profiles up to 7.5 meters. - 2 oxidation tanks for a total of 60,000 amps installed. - 1 traditional tank for bronze coloring through immersion in inorganic dyes. Both plants are equipped with tanks for chemical satinizing, depatinating, degreasing and fixing of aluminum: treatments that are interspersed with washing in running and demineralized water.
