CMAA Pacific Northwest Chapter is a nonprofit organization based in Seattle, Washington, dedicated to advancing the profession of Construction Management and the effective use of qualified Construction Managers on capital programs across Alaska, Idaho, and Washington.

We serve a diverse community of owners, engineers, architects, contractors, educators, and students – anyone invested in the success of the construction industry. Our primary goal is to promote excellence in project and program management, ensuring rapid completion, high fidelity to specifications, conscientious cost control, and optimal resource utilization.

As the regional voice for Construction Managers in the Pacific Northwest, CMAA PNW provides valuable resources, professional development opportunities, and networking events to support our members and contribute to the overall growth and recognition of Construction Management as a vital professional discipline.
