Paterakis SA is a Cretan family business for more than 30 years. Its inspiration is the beauty from Cretan land, like the spices and the herbs. As a family business we produce a wide range of meat products, implementating the Quality Management Systems FSSC 2200 v5.1 and HACCP & ISO 22000:2018 for food safety in all stages of our production. In our completely renovated and ultra-modern facilities, we try to create healthy gluten-free products for our consumers. Our passion is to reveal forgotten flavors from Cretan tradition. All these are the main principles by which we produce delicious smoked meat products and sausages every day, because as a team, we want to offer to our customers the best quality and special moments of food pleasure.
