Pathway2Pro International is a global soccer development organization based in Newark, New Jersey, dedicated to guiding youth and adolescent players toward the best environments worldwide—helping them unlock their full potential and become the best version of themselves. We provide personalized coaching to improve technical skills, game awareness, and confidence, alongside position-specific training and tryout preparation. Our approach combines US and Spanish playing styles, connecting players with professional pathways across North/Central/South America and Europe. Pathway2Pro International’s mission is to create a new impact on the soccer industry for those willing to experience a new ‘method’ in two top nations for soccer (football).

We offer a range of training packages, including 1 v 1 sessions, group training, and Pathway2Pro Youth Pickup Scrimmages, catering to various age groups and skill levels. Our commitment extends to fostering player connection, maintaining high standards, and building strong coach-player relationships.

Founded in 2025 by Kevin Elias, a Rutgers University graduate and former professional soccer player, Pathway2Pro International leverages his extensive experience and network to provide unparalleled opportunities for young athletes. We are proud to be headquartered in the ‘Capital of Soccer’ – New Jersey – and plan to expand our reach internationally, including trips to Africa and Asia.
