Patient Safety Movement Foundation is a US-based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving patient safety globally.

We work to accelerate the adoption of evidence-based solutions to prevent medical errors and harm, focusing on initiatives like the global Patient Safety Atlas and the development of the Patient Safety Scorecard.

Our mission is to create a world where every patient receives safe, high-quality care. Founded in 2012, the Patient Safety Movement Foundation has grown to a team of 30 professionals, and we continue to expand our reach and impact through strategic partnerships and impactful data-driven insights. We champion the vital work of healthcare professionals in safeguarding patients.
