Patriot Affordable Housing, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing attainable homeownership opportunities for US Military Families, First Responders, and Essential Workers in thoughtfully planned communities. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, we address the critical housing gap faced by those who serve our nation and communities by developing and managing communities like Canaveral Landing and Cedar Lake. Leveraging strategic partnerships with Southern Waters Development, we oversee the entire development process – from land acquisition to final completion – ensuring responsible, efficient, and impactful housing solutions. Our mission is to create pathways to stable, dignified, and affordable homeownership, backed by a team with extensive experience in real estate development and finance.
