PCOS Challenge helps raise public awareness about PCOS and related conditions as well as provides critical education and support resources to people with PCOS and the medical community. PCOS Challenge programs have shown that they can assist people in making sustainable lifestyle changes and in finding health and medical experts that will enable them to better manage the condition as well as reduce their risk for life-threatening related diseases.
