Pemba Capital Partners specialises in forming buy-and-build partnerships with private business owners and managers. Many of our most successful partnerships involve investing in a strong business and then making a series of smaller acquisitions that are integrated into the parent company. This growth strategy is known as Buy and Build. Independently owned by its Managing Directors, Pemba Capital Partners was established in 1998. Since then, we have made over 40 platform investments, which have collectively completed more than 200 add-on acquisitions as part of our buy-and-build strategies. We take a conservative approach to debt and generally avoid highly leveraged businesses.
