Perfuse Therapeutics is a US-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company located in San Francisco, dedicated to reducing the incidence of blindness. We are pioneering a novel approach to prevent blindness by focusing on improving retinal ischemia through a first-in-class endothelin antagonist.

Our lead therapeutic candidate, PER-001, is a sustained-release intravitreal implant designed to release drug over six months, addressing the underlying pathology in ocular diseases driven by ischemia.
