Pharma Expanse is a Durham, North Carolina-based business development company specializing in CDMO Services and Pharma Pipeline Assets.

We partner with Contract Development & Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) to provide comprehensive development and manufacturing services for pharmaceutical and biotech companies, spanning a wide range of modalities including small molecules, biologics, ADCs, peptides, and nucleic acids (mRNA). Our extensive network currently supports 20 manufacturing sites across 7 countries, catering to programs from discovery through commercialization.

Pharma Expanse operates as an integrated extension of our CDMO partners, streamlining outsourcing and eliminating unnecessary costs. We offer a flexible and innovative approach to drug development and manufacturing, helping clients accelerate their programs and bring life-saving therapies to market.

Currently, we are actively supporting a clinical-stage women’s health company developing novel therapeutics for multidrug-resistant pathogens and cancer, with a lead compound having completed Phase 1 clinical trials in June 2025 and receiving FDA Fast Track and QIDP designations.
