Pickle Shack is a creative catering and events company based in Exeter, Devon, delivering bespoke food experiences across the South West of England including Devon, Somerset, Dorset and Cornwall. Founded in 2014 by Josh and Jodie, the company specialises in wedding catering, corporate catering, private dining, pop-up restaurants and event management, backed by a team of Michelin-trained chefs and passionate service professionals. The business distinguishes itself through its Produce Promise—a commitment to source at least 80% of ingredients locally and sustainably from within a 10-mile radius of event venues or its preparation kitchen, minimising food miles while supporting regional producers.

Rather than pursuing merely great food, Pickle Shack aims to create memorable dining experiences with unique flavour combinations and impeccable service that guests will remember for years. Pickle Shack began as a pop-up restaurant venture and became the only UK company running pop-up restaurants as a full-time operation before expanding into comprehensive event catering services. The team combines kitchen expertise with event management capabilities, handling everything from intimate dinner parties to large-scale weddings and corporate functions.

Known for customised menu development, award-winning culinary creativity and contemporary food presentation—including traditional three-course breakfasts, street food stations, sharing platters, creative canapés and evening food—Pickle Shack serves corporate clients throughout Exeter and the wider region. The company operates with 23 staff members and continues to expand its reputation as a forward-thinking foodie collective in South West England's events and hospitality sector.
